Questions

Straight answers to what students ask most

If yours is not here, message us on WhatsApp or walk into the office.

Start with a counselling session. We assess your academic background, English proficiency, budget, preferred destination, course, and career goals, then recommend suitable options.

Yes. Several destinations accept a gap of a year or more, provided it is explained honestly and evidenced. Hiding a gap is what causes refusals, not the gap itself.

Sometimes. Some institutions accept a medium of instruction letter, and some issue conditional offers while you sit the test. Ask before you assume either way.

Usually, you need your academic certificates and transcripts, passport/citizenship, English test results if available, and relevant financial or previous visa documents.

Our counsellors evaluate your profile, career goals, budget, eligibility, and preferred destination to recommend suitable universities and courses.

We provide pre-departure guidance and help with important arrangements such as travel, accommodation, airport pickup, and other preparations where applicable.

We offer language and test preparation programs such as IELTS, PTE, Japanese, Korean, and other available courses according to students' needs.

Yes. We have suitable options for different levels, including beginners. We can assess your current level and recommend the appropriate class.

Yes. Our language programs include relevant study materials, practice exercises, mock tests, feedback, and guidance to help students improve their performance.

Yes. You can prepare for IELTS/PTE or another language while working on your university application. Our team can coordinate both processes and guide you from language preparation to university admission, visa processing, and pre-departure support.
